AnimStream ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online marketplace operated by SourceArt Ltd, HE456555, Evagora Pallikaridi 38, 8010 Pafos, Cyprus ("Company"). The Platform allows creators ("Sellers") to upload and sell digital animations, and users ("Buyers") to purchase and embed those animations in their livestreams.
By registering for an account or using AnimStream, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using AnimStream, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you provide is truthful and accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@machdasplusweg.de if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Buyers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased animations in their personal livestreams. Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of purchased animations is prohibited unless the Seller explicitly grants additional rights.
Sellers grant AnimStream a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote their animations on the Platform. Sellers retain all intellectual property rights to their content.
Sellers set their own prices. All payments are processed through Stripe. AnimStream retains a platform commission as displayed during the listing process. Payouts to Sellers are made according to the payout schedule shown in the Seller dashboard.
Because animations are digital goods that are immediately accessible after purchase, refunds are generally not available once the animation has been accessed or downloaded. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of technical defects or duplicate purchases.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend the accounts of users who violate these guidelines.
All content on AnimStream (excluding user-submitted animations), including the website design, logos, text, and software, is the property of SourceArt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.
AnimStream provides embed links that allow Buyers to display purchased animations in their livestreams via OBS, Streamlabs, or similar software. These links are for personal use only. Sharing embed links with third parties who have not purchased the animation is a violation of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SourceArt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to AnimStream in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
AnimStream is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SourceArt Ltd, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to AnimStream at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of AnimStream after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pafos, Cyprus.
